These terms describe the purchase and delivery of web design, SEO, digital marketing, graphic design, hosting, maintenance and related digital services from Geografixx, Inc. The written proposal or service description identifies the scope, deliverables, price and schedule for your purchase.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in full before work begins. Before payment, clients receive a written description of the services, deliverables, price, and estimated completion schedule. Additional work or charges require the client’s approval.
Delivery & Fulfillment
Work begins after payment and receipt of the materials, access, and information required for the project. The estimated delivery schedule is provided before purchase. Missing materials, delayed approvals, or requested changes may extend that schedule; we will communicate any revised timeline.
Website projects are delivered through a review link and, after client approval, publication or transfer as agreed. Graphic design projects are delivered electronically in the agreed formats. Ongoing services are performed during the billing period described in the service agreement.
Cancellation & Refunds
Clients may request cancellation by contacting Geografixx at [email protected] or 888-830-4939.
If a project is canceled before work begins, we will refund the payment. If work has begun, we will provide an accounting of completed work and any previously approved, nonrecoverable third-party costs, and refund the remaining amount.
Clients may submit a refund request within 30 calendar days after project completion if the delivered work does not meet the agreed written scope. We will review the request and offer a correction or an appropriate partial or full refund based on the undelivered or deficient work.
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within five business days. The payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Recurring Services
Before recurring billing begins, clients receive the service description, charge amount, billing frequency, and renewal date and authorize the recurring charges.
Clients may cancel recurring services at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless an earlier date is agreed. Cancellation does not automatically refund services already performed. Any refund request for services not provided will be reviewed under the refund policy above.
Client Materials & Confidentiality
Clients retain ownership of the materials and proprietary information they provide and must have permission to use those materials. Geografixx uses confidential client information to perform the agreed services and does not disclose it for unrelated purposes.
Ownership of Delivered Work
Upon completion and full payment, the client owns the final custom website design or design deliverables as agreed in the written project scope. Pre-existing templates and reusable materials remain with their respective owners. Third-party software, fonts, images and other licensed assets remain subject to their applicable licenses.
Marketing Results
Geografixx performs the services described in the agreed scope. Specific search rankings, AI citations, advertising results, leads, sales or profits are not guaranteed.
